On-Campus Traditional Program

Annual Cost

Tuition - $13,575

We charge a block rate for full-time students. This price covers 24-34 units per year, helping you graduate within four years.

Meals - $5,850

Students are served 10 chef-designed meals per week, served from our on-campus coffee shop, Statelend Coffee, with up to two meals a week at nearby Chic-Fil-A. Students choose which meals they prefer, Monday-Friday breakfast, lunch, and dinner or Saturday brunch.

Housing - $5,150

Housing is provided during the academic term. Students have 1-3 roommates in a large shared home with a laundry room, shared living room, and full kitchen.

Fees - $1,050

One annual student fee covers campus use, technology, retreats and events, maintenance, security, and more.

Non-Residential Programs

  • Non-residential students can choose to enroll online or attend classes at our Nashville campus.

    Tuition is $475 per unit. Class fees are $100 per course. Scholarships are available.

    Adults with prior college credit can apply to have up to 30 credits transferred into our program, accelerating your degree.

    Enrichment courses are offered to Institute alumni for their continued spiritual engagement.

    Individual classes are offered to students who want to explore our college before committing to a program. If and when they would like to enroll in a program, they can pay a transfer fee of $50. There is a limit of two individual courses per student. These courses do not qualify for scholarships and are not charged fees.

  • $420 per course
    $45 for Third World Learners

  • Dual Enrollment courses are $500, with no scholarships and no fees. Eligible juniors and seniors can earn up to 12 units of college credit before graduating high school! Your credit will be applied to your Institute degree and may be accepted at other colleges as well.*

Every incoming on-campus student is invited to participate in our Professional Development Program (ProDev). Institute students will gain experience and real-world skills with Christian leaders. ProDev unlocks additional aid as well as income.

3. Financial Mentorship

Every Institute student receives financial advising to help them form healthy spending and saving habits for a stress-free college experience and future planning.
