Spiritual Life
Biblical education should shake you up (Heb. 12:26), renew your mind (Rom. 12:2), and form your character (Rom. 8:29). Here is a look at the ways the Institute helps make sure you’re not just learning the Word of God, but doing it (Jas. 1:22-25).
Chapel.
Students gather mid-week to worship and hear the Word of God. After chapel, students engage in service projects benefitting those in need in Nashville.
Morning Prayer.
Every morning each dorm gathers in house prayer and worship. Jesus led the way. We are following his example, creating habits of prayer we hope continue for a lifetime.
Accountability Groups.
All students are incorporated into an accountability group. These tight-knit groups meet weekly and offer a venue for honesty, support, and prayer.
Mentors.
All Institute students are assigned a mentor for their first two years. Mentors offer advice related to spirituality, relationships, budgets and study.
Worship Band.
Our school got its start due to a fantastic worship band, why not create several more? Musicians join worship bands that serve our student body, kids services, youth outreaches and more.
Bible Studies.
Institute students receive the Word through regular Bible studies. Some cater towards college students and others open to our Nashville community.
