A Bible Scholar in the Real World
At The Institute, we recognize the biblical call for all believers to love the Lord with all your heart, mind, soul, and strength. The book of Deuteronomy tells Israel to bind God’s commandments on their hands and their foreheads: to keep them in mind in all that you do and in all that you think. You can only do this with a full immersion in the Scriptures, which we’re thrilled to provide. We believe an education in God’s Word is necessary for all of life and work, not solely a life of ministry. Our biblically-literate alumni can be found in fields as diverse as law, business, health care, agriculture, film, construction, education, and ministry and missions.
In our program, you’ll gain more Bible credits than any other Bible college, and get an in-depth look at almost the entire canon (60 out of 66 books). Institute students practice their theology on three separate mission experiences in the developing world as well as regular service opportunities to communities of need in Nashville.
In addition to a Bible major, on campus students connect their biblical education to professional development opportunities in Christian workplaces through our innovative ProDev partnership with Nashville’s Job Creation Group. Our ProDev model is what allows our students to graduate with a Bible degree, a full resume in a specific field of work, debt free, and with a guaranteed job offer.
