In this blog, Summer Intern Kaiden reflects on a day of service at St. John’s Primary School in Bombo, Uganda. From teaching lessons to sharing songs and skits, Kaiden was struck most by the children’s joy, eagerness to learn, and deep spiritual richness—a reminder that while the world may call them poor, they are rich in spirit.

This week in El Salvador; the Institute’s immersion team had the opportunity to do two large events. On Friday they had a youth night full of food, games, and scripture. But on Saturday they were able to put on a one day soccer tournament.
