What You'll Need
Your application is considered complete once we've received:
Online application
Personal essay
Video interview
Official high school or college transcript(s)
As part of our admissions process, the Admissions Office will contact one of your references using the information you provide in your application. You do not need to request or submit a recommendation letter yourself.
We review applications once per month, so you will hear back within the month you applied.
-
Successful applicants generally have:
A cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
A demonstrated desire to grow in Christian faith and character
Standardized test scores are recommended.
If you submit ACT or SAT scores, we generally look for:
ACT: 21 or higher
SAT: 1000 or higher
Meeting these benchmarks is not required for admission. Every application is reviewed individually, and we consider the whole person—not just test scores.
Homeschool applicants are welcome. Academic scholarships for homeschool students may require additional documentation, such as standardized test scores or dual-enrollment coursework.
-
We gladly welcome transfer students.
Students may transfer up to 35 credit hours of general education coursework from eligible colleges and universities. Additional transfer credit may be evaluated by the Registrar on a course-by-course basis.
Students who complete the OneLife Gap Year Program with a staff recommendation may receive up to 30 credit hours of transfer credit.
Please note that the transferability of credits is determined by Nashville Bible College and is evaluated individually. Attendance at an accredited institution does not automatically guarantee the transfer of credits.
