We Teach God’s Word
Everything begins with learning God’s word. Just as every part of a well-built house rests on its foundation, we believe that a life well lived is built on the foundation of hearing and putting God's Word into practice (Luke 6:46–49). Our classes will show you how every part of your life – from work to relationships to ministry – can be anchored in the truths of God’s word.
There is no better safeguard against an uncertain future than the confidence of an integrous life built on eternal truth.
We Build Community
We show we are disciples of Jesus when we love one another (Jn. 13:35). We strive to create a culture of friendship, understanding, and cooperation. From housing to student events, we want to help you make solid, life-long connections with other believers who are just as passionate about following God as you.
Along with connecting with peers, you also need connections with those farther down the road of faith. That’s why we’ve created a mentor program that connects students with knowledgeable adults who can help students develop in their faith.
We Help You Practice
Faith without works is dead (Jas. 2:26). We believe that faith has to be lived out, and that you shouldn’t wait till after college to start practicing. College should be a time to try new things, face appropriate challenges, and learn from a diversity of people and experiences. You can gain work experience through our ProDev program, cross-cultural ministry experience on the field, and serving practically around Nashville.
We Connect you with The World
We believe God calls His people to engage the world (Matt. 28:16-20). That means you have to learn how to evaluate your own culture and navigate the culture of others. It’s not easy to work with those who are different from you. Every student will get cross-cultural ministry experience. Through local ministry, cross-cultural experiences, and service alongside diverse communities, you'll put your faith into practice while learning from people whose lives and perspectives differ from your own. These experiences will prepare you to serve Christ with wisdom, humility, and compassion wherever He leads.
